Release 3.5¶

This release consolidates the improvements delivered since Release 3.2, including the 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 release scope. It focuses on more reliable Tracking Round management, clearer maps and indicators, stronger ODK exports, and a first set of microplanning features.

Updates & Maintenance¶

  • More reliable platform services Several background services were updated to improve day-to-day stability, including database maintenance, task processing, upload handling and authentication.

  • Larger uploads The maximum upload size was increased to better support larger Targeted Area and related geospatial files.

  • Improved infrastructure readiness The release includes platform upgrades and database preparation work to support more recent infrastructure versions and simplify future maintenance.

Improvements & New Features¶

  • Microplanning support New microplanning capabilities were introduced, including map indicators, catchment area display, visit history, activity views, service coverage export and configuration previews.

  • Tracking Round workflow improvements Users can now access the Tracking Round administration screen more directly from the map, and the Tracking Round list has been refined to make recent rounds easier to review.

  • Stationary Activity detection A new Stationary Activity detection approach improves how field team stops and visits are identified on the map and in related indicators.

  • ODK form compatibility ODK form handling was improved to support more field types and better preserve the original form definition when forms are uploaded.

  • Export improvements Track and ODK exports were improved, including better date filtering and support for layer intersections where relevant.

Bug Fixes & Corrections¶

  • Fixed several map and indicator display issues, including incorrect custom indicator values, missing denominators and duplicated team counts in summaries.

  • Improved Tracking Round selector stability and loading behavior, including fixes for error pages, loading indicators, refresh popups and archived Tracking Round status messages.

  • Corrected archiving and restore behavior so old Tracking Rounds are handled more consistently and archived rounds do not show misleading messages.

  • Fixed ODK and MDG export issues, including export failures caused by date filters, form names and missing required fields.

  • Improved Targeted Area and Base Layer administration, including attribute preview, base layer deletion and Targeted Area upload behavior.

  • Fixed device monitoring and base layer download issues affecting some teams and deployments.

  • Corrected Routine Immunization and Stationary Activity calculations in cases where detection or clustering failed.

  • Addressed several smaller display and workflow issues across team reporting, table hover states and Teams Deployment.
